PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
Fill out the registration form with all required fields and select your category.
Categories that require verification: Must submit an up-to-date document that includes the name of the institution, the student's name, and the current period. Failure to provide proof for the selected category will result in payment of the difference for a different category.
The following documents will be accepted as category proof:

Undergraduate student ID card (front and back) showing the document’s validity.

Current enrollment or attendance statement signed/stamped by the educational institution.

Course schedule for the current semester.

Valid professional Blaster license.

Official ID as a public servant or institutional document identifying the public servant and proving the category.

ISEE annual membership receipt.

Please review your information carefully, as it will be used for all official communications, receipt issuance, badge and certificate production. Once you've reviewed your information, complete your registration.
Your registration will be confirmed within 5 business days after the payment is verified.

1 copy of the event badge. A second copy of the badge will be charged in case of loss.
Group Registration Discount
Group is defined by participants registered in the same category.
- Above 5 participants in the same category: 10% discount
- Above 10 participants in the same category: 15% discount
To obtain the discount, after all participants have registered individually on the website
congress, the person responsible for the group should contact us via email:
isee@officeeventos.com.br and send the list of registrants with name and CPF for verification and
receipt of instructions and bank details to make the single deposit corresponding to the
group value.
Non-cumulative discount.
Registrations with Commitment Note
To register via Empenho, register normally using the registration system available on the website.
Always consider the last value in the table according to your registration category.
Interested participants must request the documents for issuing the commitment, in accordance with
the needs of each institution, via email: isee@officeeventos.com.br, informing the data of the
participant (name, CPF, email) and the institution's financial contact.
It should be noted that the simple issuance of the commitment note by the institution does not mean that the
registration has already been paid.
Participants must submit the commitment note via email
isee@officeeventos.com.br in advance of the event and assist in the intermediation of the
payment to the responsible body of your institution after the end of the event.
The certificate will only be released upon payment of the committed amount.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Requests for reimbursement or participant replacement must be sent to the following email address:
Cancellation of subscription within 7 days after purchase will be subject to a full refund, provided that the
order and purchase must be made 72 hours before the event start date.
Requests made after 7 days of purchase follow the guidelines below:
Until December 10, 2024, 70% of the amount will be refunded.
Until March 10, 2025, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
Until May 10, 2025, they will receive a 30% refund.
After this date there will be no refund, only replacement of participant.
Refunds will be made within 15 days after the end of the event.

Updated enrollment or attendance statement signed/stamped by the educational institution.
Current semester class schedule.
Blaster professional registration card with document validity.
Public servant ID or institutional document identifying the employee and proving the category.
ISEE membership fee receipt.
Double-check your information carefully, as this will be used for official correspondence, receipt issuance, badge, and certificate creation. Once your information has been verified, complete your registration.
Your registration will be confirmed within 5 business days after payment is processed.

Badge. A second badge will be charged in case of loss.
Group Registration Discount
A group is defined by participants registered in the same category.
More than 5 participants in the same category: 10% discount.
More than 10 participants in the same category: 15% discount.
To receive the discount, after registering all participants individually on the website, the group leader must contact us via email at isee@officeeventos.com.br and send the list of registrants with names and CPF (Brazilian ID number) for verification, along with instructions and bank details for the single deposit corresponding to the group value.
The discount is non-cumulative.
Registrations with Payment Commitment
For registrations via payment commitment, proceed with the registration as usual in the registration system available on the website. Always consider the last value in the table according to your registration category.
Interested participants should request the documents for the payment commitment issuance, according to each institution's needs, by emailing isee@officeeventos.com.br, providing the participant's details (name, CPF, email) and the financial contact of the institution.
Please note that the simple issuance of the payment commitment by the institution does not mean that the registration has already been paid.
Participants must submit the payment commitment via email (isee@officeeventos.com.br) in advance of the event and assist in mediating the payment with the responsible body of their institution after the event has ended.
The certificate will only be issued once the committed amount has been paid.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Refund or participant substitution requests must be sent to isee@officeeventos.com.br.
Registration cancellations within 7 days after purchase will receive a full refund, provided that the request and purchase occur at least 72 hours before the event start date.
For requests after the 7-day purchase window, the following guidelines apply:
Until December 10, 2024, a 70% refund will be given.
Until March 10, 2025, a 50% refund will be given.
Until May 10, 2025, a 30% refund will be given.
After this date, no refund will be given, only participant substitution.
Refunds will be processed within 15 days after the event concludes.
