Our first meeting was on May 31, 2022, with Carine Braga, Mining Engineer, graduated from UFOP and postgraduate in Geotechnical Engineering from INBEC.
Carine has worked at Orica for 13 years, currently serving as Technical Services Leader, an area responsible for finding solutions for customers, implementing technologies in drilling and blasting processes, continuous improvement projects to optimize fragmentation, slope control, vibrations, etc.

Our second meeting was on June 28, 2022, with Rayza Lívia Ribeiro Andrade and Pietro Felippe Fernandes Martins, mining engineers at Datamine Brasil.
Rayza works in the area of solutions for Open Pit and Mine Operation, with a strong presence in the implementation of Datablast, a solution for Drilling and Blasting of rocks in open pits.
Pietro works mainly with solutions for Underground and Mine Operations, working on the implementation of Aegis, a solution for Underground Drilling and Blasting.

Our third meeting was on August 4, 2022, with Henrique Guimarães, Chemical Engineer, graduated from UNISANTA and with an MBA in Business Management from FGV.
Henrique has been working with Ammonium Nitrate for over 14 years, in the areas of Production, Design, Product Safety and Technological Development.
He currently holds the position of Senior Specialist in HESQ, Product and Technology at Yara Global for Mining Applications, focusing on Latin America, disseminating technical knowledge about Ammonium Nitrate and helping Yara teams and customers with best practices for this important input in the Mining Industry.
